Are there non-US users here? I ask the question because the localendar system is very US-centric (time zones and local events for example). I am based in the UK and I was just wondering if there are many other non-US users here. I feel that Web services like this are very much World services and it's strange in 2007 to find web sites that seem to think that there isn't a world outside of the US. On the other hand, if somebody can recommend a similar service in the UK or Europe, I would take a look but I haven't found one to date. Thanks David |

Re: Are there non-US users here? Yes; we've dragged our feed on the TZ issue for other enhancements; but that's because the actual impact on a calendar is minimal. TZ only becomes an issue if you are setting Event Reminders. Otherwise, if you have an event on Jan 1, and your calendar is displayed in the UK, then it doesn't make much different what the underlying time is. People will assume local time.
