How do I know if my upgrade "took"?
I went through the process of upgrading from Standard to Premium Personal. It took me all the way through the page where I entered credit card info, then came up with a screen that said, "HEY, if you enter a password, we'll open a Paypal account for you". With just a Continue button. No confirmation that the upgrade took. No "Thanks we appreciate your business". Nothing. And there does not appear to be a way to look on the calendar when I am logged in to find out what level of service I have. Hmmmm. No, I don't want a Paypal account.

When you are signed in, there is a box on the left-nav menu that says "Premium Services". If you have a subscription, it shows you when it expires. If not, it says "Subscribe Now"

If you complete a purchase with PayPal, you are taken to a Thank You screen. It sounds like you did not perform this step (I also checked your account and verified no subscription is present).

Mark, I did get a thank you for using paypal, I have a confirmation number from paypal....and my little box says that i can up grade.

But I did. What's up bro?
