Merge Calendars, Switch Premium fee I had been using one calendar for over a year and paid the premium service. I just created a website and tried to publish that calendar on my website. I followed all of the directions, but Step 3 never showed up giving me a code. I tried for several days, but it never showed up at the bottom of the screen. Since my website was launching in days, I created a new calendar and merged my old one onto it. When I tried to publish this new one, it gave me the code to copy/paste immediately. I do not want to have to pay two premium service fees. Is there a way that I can transfer my original premium service fee to my new calendar? Thanks. |

Re: Merge Calendars, Switch Premium fee Hmmm... This could get a little tricky. We should figure out why the code isn't displayed for your original calendar. If you look at the code that does work, the only thing different about it should be your localendar member name. Swap this, and the code should work for your original calendar also. Swapping subscriptions is a bit tricky... b/c you probably still have time left on the original calendar. Plus, you will need to cancel w/ Paypal so they don't renew the wrong one. Let me know what you want to do. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Merge Calendars, Switch Premium fee Mark, Thanks for the reply. My origingal calendar is now called louisvilleonyx. Please try to publish it and you'll see what I'm talking about. (the new website is onyxlouisville) I did not create my website so it would probably cost me extra money to go back in and change it on my website. If you could extend the date on onyxlouisville to April 28, 2007 and cancel the louisvilleonyx one it I would greatly appreciate it. If that is not possible, could I sign up for premium services on my new calendar (onyxlouisville) and receive a partial (1/2) refund for the first calendar (louisvilleonyx) I never wanted both calendars but needed to create a new one soley to be able to have a wonderful localendar at the launch of my new website. Thanks, |
