Bottom half of the calendar doesn't show This is a problem that is growing as newer browsers get downloaded onto people's desktops: more and more browsers do not show the bottom half of the calendar nor is there a scroll bar to scroll down. Last Winter, some people couldn't see our Christmas schedule and I thought it was just their browser. Now it is nearly everyone's browser. http://stmichaels-litchfield.org/calendar.html Or maybe this isn't a browser problem, as much as it is a fixed space on the site problem? Thanks in advance, Sarah |

Help: why does the bottom half of the calendar now show?? Actually, I meant to phrase this as a request for help and a fix, if possible. Thanks!

Re: Help: why does the bottom half of the calendar now show?? You're correct - it has to do with how the calendar has been published. If you are using an iframe and don't adjust the height setting, then the calendar will potentially get cut off. That's why we like the new "dynamic" include style which doesn't use an iframe and will always show the full calendar: http://www.localendar.com/lcf/lcforums/viewthread?thread=6124&c=9 ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Help: why does the bottom half of the calendar now show?? Hi, thanks so much for that. I have been reading some of the posts in the beta thread you linked me to and I just want to make sure I understand correctly what I need to do. Thank you for helping me with these questions: I replace what I have now (shown below) with the single <SCRIPT></SCRIPT> line you noted in your other thread, is that correct? And how do I set up the parameters such as transparent colors? Also, your new (beta-ish) calendar works in all browsers? Thanks! <!-- Note: You need to paste both of the following lines into your web page. The <ILAYER> line is for Netscape, and the <IFRAME> line is for Internet Explorer. This style embedded calendar may not display correctly in other browsers. You can adjust the height and width parameters as desired. --> <ILAYER src="http://www.localendar.com/public/sml9465" height=1400 width=700 ></ILAYER> <IFRAME src="http://www.localendar.com/public/sml9465" height=1400 width=700 marginheight=0 marginwidth=0 scrolling=yes frameborder=0 border=0></IFRAME> |
