I am the adminstrator of our church calendar and would like to provide a QR code to the calendar in our bulletin. Does anyone know if that is possible and how I would go about getting a QR code?

There are many free sites that will create a QR code for a web page address. For example, you could create one for your calendar link at sites like:
https://qrfy.com/ and https://qrcodecreator.com/
