Of the calendar? Sure - under Options->Colors

Click "Month-view background" (on the Block View tab) or "Day/Week View Background" (on the List Views tab)

You can select an image from the dropdown. You can also upload your own image with at least a Premium Basic subscription.

I uploaded a repeating background image, but can't figure out how to make it a theme or display it.
