I recently had my email changed over to comcast from suscom . I am only getting notification if there is a change on my calendar to my suscom account . I have changed my email in localendar on both sections also .I removed the spam filter from comcast and there is no emails from you in screened mail . I am at wits end trying to solve this problem and have read all posted messages about the problem . I am about to turn the page over to someone else and he is worse at computers than myself . Our renewal is coming up and I do not him to want to give up on lo calendar because of a few issues. I think your calendar is absolutely the best . Please advise .

I'll check our logs to see if there have been any problems sending to your comcast email

I had the email server bounced - still having issues?

One of the things we doing for our premium members is set up a new mail server which will hopefully not have some of these issues. A lot of times what happens is that people set up reminders, get sick of getting them, and instead of deleting them on their calendars they just flag it as spam. This eventually leads to an ISP blocking our mails.

Theoretically, this would eventually happen on a Premium mail server also, but we're considering only allowing reminders to be sent to the calendar owner.

Marc,
I am sorry to bother you again with this issue but this problem has recurred again. I am receiving my reminders and changes of the calendar on my old email account suscom.net instead of comcast.net. Please help

Marc,
My notifications are still going to suscom . I changed all pertinent email info on your site so the email goes to macmind451@comcast.net instead of macmind451@suscom.net I did notice that when you look at my mailto : icon you will see suscom as my primary email . What do I have to do to rectify this problemo ?
Thanks ,
Mike

Marc,
Please email me at macmind451@comcast.net when you have corrected my notifcation problem. You did something a few weeks ago that corrected the error which is back again . I have to check my calendar site now numerous times a day for member changes to the calendar . I am about to turn the adminsitration of the calendar site over to my replacement and it will be impossible to recommend the renewal if this feature is not fixed. Please help me keep this great calendar site for my group which is an asset to everyone.
Thanks and God bless,

Mike,

I don't see any occurrences of the old email address in our db, and I'm not sure what mailto: icon you're noticing (the one here in the forums? When I mouse-over it has comcast address)
