I am not able to use my bulletin board or calendar. I paid for the renewal on Oct. 2nd through Paypal
Any help??

From my checking, it seems your account was activated. Have you signed back out/in (or made sure your browser isn't caching old pages: tools->Internet Options->Every visit to the page) ?
