I subscribed to the premium service sometime last month through PayPal. I got a message saying it would be activated within 10 minutes but nothing ever happened. I don't think it was activated because I've yet to see the printer friendly option and I still get ads. sad

Sorry - I've taken care of your account. As you may have noticed in the Announcements forum, we finally got sick of all the PayPal communication problems and decided to chuck their stuff and write our own. There were a few pains in switching - but hopefully we're in a lot better shape going forward.
