Does anyone know if customer service actually responds to their e-mail? We activated a subscription and it is not working. They are not answering my e-mails. Does anyone have a phone number or do we just try to cancel and go elsewhere?

Do you have a paypal receipt or transaction id? I can't find a record of payment for member name 'UUABQ', or linked to the email address you registered for this account.

It would assist our ability to locate your record if you could provide either.
