Premium subscriptions apply to a single calendar only; with the exception of the Cobrander Deluxe package - which essentially gives you the ability to create an unlimited number of "sub" calendars, each having the features of Premium Webmaster.

W/ Premium Webmaster, it's possible to have anonymous addition of events (we are adding some optional fields for contact info) - but the only way to currently log on and collaboratively work on the same calendar is to share the id/password with a group.

One method is to give each person their own calendar that they maintain (free), and merge all of those calendars onto a single master view (that calendar requires at least Premium Basic)

You can also color-code the events from the merged calendars automatically.

What is the easiest way to have several individual calendars that outsiders can schedule on that is made public? Can I merge all of the indiviudual calendars into one for private use? I guess I'm still confused on which plan I need to purchase? (I am setting up a tutoring business in which people will need to schedule individual times with their own tutor. However, I would like to be able to see an overall view of everyone's calendar.) These calendars will be attached to our website.
Thanks

In order to support several individual interactive calendars, do I have to purchase the premium webmaster for each client?????

It depends on how many tutors you have. To allow visitors to add events to a calendar, that calendar needs Premium Webmaster (29.95/yr)

Premium Cobrander Deluxe ($129.95/yr) lets you have an unlimited number of calendars, all w/ Premium Webmaster features. So if you're going to have more than 4 tutors, it would be cost effective to have the PCD subscription. It's a bit late tonight, and we're rolling out some new changes, but let me set up a sample calendars w/ some text on how it all comes together for you to play with. I think an example will be much clearer.
