Please cancel my account and refund my money. I have been very patient in waiting for the issue to be resolved with the posts to the calendar (it does not notify me via email despite my settings being correct, my ISP being Mediacom and my junk mail filters being set to allow an email to reach me). It has been well over a month and you still have not fixed this feature so that it works. I was depending your calendar to make things run more smoothly for us, and for well over a month I have continued to be disappointed. I hate throwing away money, and that's what I feel like I've done. |

As stated in previous posts and email messages, we are more than happy to refund your subscription. The emails are leaving our server correctly, and no one is currently reporting a similar problem. From our side, we have exhausted our list of possible causes on our side. I disagree with your subject however, "your premium features do NOT work as promised". The features do work, as thousands of members can attest. And we have tried to investigate the specific problems that you have experienced. Unfortunately, the internet is a vast space, with many hops between your email account and our server which are not under our control. I wish you the best of luck in finding a satisfactory solution. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

I appreciate your response, your explanation and the refund. I am disappointed that we could not resolve this as well. Thank you for holding to your word. |
