I have recently noticed that there are small advertisement links under the "Web Calendar powered by: localendar.com
Copyright ©2000-2003 localendar.com, Inc. All rights reserved" bottom margin of the calendar on my website. How do I prevent these ads/links from appearing? To what level must I subscribe to have an ad-free presentation?

Thank you very much. smile

I added the same question in the "known problems" thread.

I guess I'll add my $.02 here also.

I signed up for the premium service and I need it to be activated. I see that the activation is not automatic when you pay with PayPal. That no problem I'm sure support will get to it soon.

But the question remains where did these ad's,(ad's by google), come from? I thought Localendar didn't do that.

I'm hoping this is a mistake and they will go away again.

Looking forward to the reply from support, but I guess everybody deserves Sunday off.

I love your calendars there a great service.

We have been testing a pilot program recently in this area.

Calendars with at least a Premium Basic (9.95/yr) or greater subscription will not display any ads. That's about 83 cents a month.

Calendars w/ no subscription whatsoever may display ads. Since non-subscribing members are using hosting/editing services at no charge, this helps offset the associated costs.

Alternatively, we could raise subscription rates, but that doesn't seem fair to those members.

And thanks for letting us take Sun off wink . Mon was a holiday, too.
