your information with paypal instructs customers contact you via support@localendar.com. my effort at doing so bouced my email back saying to use your contact form. two ignored and unacknowledged communiques via the contact form have brought me here for a fourth attemt at getting your response to a problem. your customer service is poor. its inexcusable that any customer should have to publicly air private matters. however, this seems to be your business model so here i am.

pasted below is a my problem. please respond at your earliest opportunity and credit my payl account the $79.95 charged against it on january 2nd.

hi

this is not something that can be listed publicly in a forum so i presume this is the proper venue for subscription refund requests.

on jan. 3rd i submitted a (copied/pasted at the end) subscription problem via email to support@localendar.com, as instructed by your directions within paypal, which was returned per your change in customer service procedures, but havent heard any response to my refund request.

my initial contact was on january 3rd, 2007
your ticket number: 8241
logging back on just now i noticed i may have further confused matters by providing you an INCORRECT email address: (retail.cthomas.@cthomas.com), the period before the @ might have delayed any response from you to me.

my correct contact email address, matching my paypal account is:
retail.cthomas@cthomas.com

on jan 3rd i realized i could cancel my on-going subscription to your service via paypal, which i have done. please review my correspondence of jan 3 and credit my paypal account $79.95, reasons and original request follows.

thanks again

hello

last january 3rd i signed up for what i thought was a single year's subscription to your calendar service and incurred what i thought was a single payment of $79.95. i am the information technology coordinator for a vocational technical high school in virginia. shortly after signing up for your service our school system provided a network supplied calendar feature for teachers to use. consequently i never 'rolled-out' access to localendar nor utilized the service beyond an examination.

yesterday i received email notification from payal that another payment of $79.95 was deducted from my paypal account for another years subscription to your service. i now realize that it was a perpetual subscription, something i dont want. you can easily verify that the account has been dormant and unused.

will you please:
1. cancel any ongoing subscription and my account to your service
2. refund the $79.95 fee debited from my paypal account for another year's subscription.

here are the details i received from paypal regarding your fee:
