I would like to be able to embed a calendar the same size as what you see when looking at your calendar under Options. Ultimately, "I" would want to create a button or use the image of the smaller embedded calendar to create a pop-up modal window with the larger version.

But the first step is to get the calendar rendered in a much smaller size.

Do you just want a cute calendar control (lots of those available on the net already) - or do you want clicking on a date to take you to the localendar events for that day?

I want a mini view like the one at top left of our calendar admin page. I would also want it so when the date is clicked on it has a popup just like the full size calendar that tells the events for that day.

Yes; we actually have a method for generating the mini-calendar and are testing it now. But site owners will need to include some additional support javascript files on their site (jQuery javascript library)
