We are now seeing an 'Ads by Google' bar down the right hand side of our site published calendar; is this now a normal "to be expected" add-on with the localendar function?

Could you send me a link to your website so I can look into this further.

Have you purchased a Premium Subscription?

Otherwise, you will see Google ads eventually. All new members receive a free 30-day trial of premium services. Once that trial expires, ads will be shown on public calendars.

Sarah,

We have had Localendar since before I worked here so I am mostly unfamiliar with the product. Besides your reply to my query I also got one from "Support" that seems to say the Google Ads are to be expected if we do not have a premium subscription. If you would still like to have a look here is our calendar page:

Google ads appearing down the right side of calendar. Thanks for getting back to me.

Correct, you must have a Premium subscription in order to have the ads disappear. I looked up your calendar and it shows that it expired 1/4/09. This is the reason you are seeing ads.

For those of us who paid for ad-free calendars, where do we pick up the ad-free html for our web sites? I paid for ad-free this morning around 10am EST. It's now after 5pm, and I'm still seeing adds on my calendar even after logging out and logging back in.
