Well our access buttons for those to post an event have "DISAPPEARED AGAIN". The last time it was said it was that we didn't have that premium package, we did but we decided to choose our battles and take it your word for it because we had the buttons and it was the one we chose. SO we upgraded and it worked for a while and now here we are again, ASKING for the buttons back so that others can post events. We get a lot of website traffic and we are directing them to our calendar and other organizations were counting on our calandar to share their events. NOW WE have problems again. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE INVESTIGATE WHY our calendar is not working correctly.????????? sad

I see that you only have a Premium Basic subscription (9.95/yr) which does not support this feature. Premium Webmaster (as illustrated on our subscription page) is required to allow visitors to add events.

You initially had the buttons because all new members receive a free trial of Premium Webmaster for the first 30 days of membership.

We paid for that. This happened before and we got this same response, so we took your word for it since it was a while ago, but NOW THIS IS RECENT AND I KNOW FOR A FACT we paid for the Premium WEBMASTER. Please check your records to see why this problems continues after we pay. I thought paying was a good thing. We keep getting punished.

Unfortunately, I cannot find a Premium Webmaster subscription in Paypal.

If you could provide the transaction ID from your Paypal account, it would help us to close out this issue.
