The walk takes in Graig Llanishen and Graig Lisvane, and finishing with drinks at the Ty Mawr.

Starting at 10am PROMPT, distance depending on weather, 5 to 7 miles. A few moderate hills, some mud, BPL.

St Lythens and Tinkinswood Buriel Chambers. Plus The Downs.

This 7 mile walk takes us from the village of Wenvoe, on to two of The Vales lconic pre historic sites, St Lythens and Tinkinswood Burial Chambers with a stop off at Dyfferyn Gardens for morning coffee. We will then make our way to a lttle visited area of Cardiff, The Downs, before making our way back to Wenvoe.

Forest of Dean Walk

Through the woods and lakes using old rail and logging routes (very short section of road).There are toilets, a café and picnic tables at the lake where we’ll stop for lunch. Speech House at end if interested.

 Directions:

Coming from Monmouth go through Coleford and onto Speech House Road.

Immediately BEFORE Speech House turn right and after approx. 300 meters the carpark is on the left.

11am, 6 miles, Easy, BPL. Sorry no dogs.

26th April  Circular walk from Goldcliff Gwent to Redwick. Walking a section of Wales C.P.

across fields and beside Reens. Hopefully visiting 3 ancient churches.

Start Goldcliff village. Easy walking. 7 -8 miles

Parking.  Drive to the end of the end of the village, past the Pub until you come to 30mph sign, park on verge by National Speed Limit sign. Meet at 10.30
