Kaiut Yoga with Sue

Kaiut Yoga is an anti-aging, joint maintenance form of Hatha Yoga. It is developed to reverse injury, the effects of modern life’s patterns, and aging. Performed mostly on the floor, it targets the tissues and joints where trauma is deceptively hidden. If you are looking for a cardio workout, this is not it. However, if you are looking to regain activity in sports, outdoor activities or even just climb the stairs, Kaiut will help restore you to your former self.  Through a series of subtle movements you are taught how to relax into your restrictions to unwind them while rebuilding the soft tissues and muscles that support your joints. Regardless of age or body type, Kaiut Yoga is a practice that benefits every body. Developed by yoga teacher and chiropractor Francisco Kaiut, this method increases circulation, restores mobility, reduces pain, and improves the flow of energy through the body. If you think you can’t do yoga due to injury, aging, inflexibility or hypermobility, this practice is for you.
