Restore and Heal (45 min Yoga + 15 Min Meditation) with George
Moving in a gentle flow, we will explore our body's capabilities, to relax the body and to calm the mind, in preparation for meditation.
We explore different types of meditation, from Zazen, through single focus to insight meditation, often including special purpose meditations like Metta (Loving-kindness), Tonglen (Take and Give), healing meditation, etc. Some meditation will be guided and some will be left to the participants to explore.

Morning Energy Flow Yoga with George
Moving in a gentle flow, we will explore the Energy Body's capabilities, to open the flow of energy in our body and to re-establish connection among all parts of our bodies with full awareness.
Session program varies from class to class and includes many different postures and energy exercises (based on Energy Medicine principles)

Yin Yoga with Lora
Yin Yoga with Lora: a slower paced meditative class with long held passive floor poses. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints and fascia of the body that normally are not exercised. This gentle but consistent stimulation increases flexibility of the joints and recharges the energetic system of the body. This class is for all levels of yoga from beginner to advanced.

Yoga for You with Monica
Set your intentions for the week ahead.
Our workweek can often seem demanding, stressful, or hectic. Even the thought of it places heavy impact on our wellbeeing. Come place yourself on your mat for sixty minutes Sunday nights at 6:30 pm to charge your energy, center your mind, and release anxieties about the week ahead. Take this sixty minutes to focus just on yourself, so you can re-join the community with more energy and better focus on others.

Vinyasa Flow with Jennifer
In this yoga class, we will create mindful sequences that focuses on moving from one posture to the next, using our breath to guide us. You can anticipate to experience both calm and swift energy throughout your practice. We will slowly build on each posture to create a fluid sequence. Using props and self-care is highly encouraged, and a gentle head massage may be offered in savasana. If you're new to Vinyasa yoga, or just enjoy a slower and more gentle practice, this class is for you.
