7:30- 8:00: After dinner you will experience the FIRE of WHOLENESS meditation. This profound meditation utilizes conscious breathwork to enter in a deep state of energized and focused meditation. From here you will be gently guided to transcend your ego by acknowledging and letting go of it's core fear of not being enough and core desire to be special, replacing this separating energy with the connecting energy of strength, compassion, wisdom and presence. (corresponding with the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Chakras) This will give you a taste of the FIRE OF WHOLENESS 30 DAY BREAKTHROUGH EXPERIENCE. (Next one starts in January)

8:00-9:00: Heart to Heart Meditation-This meditation creates profound feelings of connectedness and oneness. This happens through the guided process of witnessing the strength, vulnerability and Divinity the sacred Other while experiencing being seen in this way by a sacred Other.

9:00:We will end the evening with a Sacred Sharing Circle where all are welcome to share about their experience and no one is asked to.

All who attend will leave in a profound state of peaceful aliveness.
