Boardman Park Fun Day

The Senior Independence Senior Center and Park Vista are sponsoring a senior fun day at Boardman Park. The event is scheduled for the first Thursday of each month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

After starting the afternoon with a speaker on a health and wellness topic or a visitor from a local organization, a Senior RN will be on hand to take blood pressure while seniors will move on to exercise, crafts, a delicious lunch, and finally bingo.

The fun day will be held at Boardman Park in the Beard Cabin. The cost is only $1. RSVP to 330-744-5071

We are a fun-loving bunch of ladies who are seeking new members for our club. It doesn't matter if you can't play...we'll teach you! This is our second Murder Mystery Dinner Theater show with all that wonderful audience participation. We will again be at the Willow Creek Hall in Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church at the corner of Meister Rd and Rt. 58.

The menu includes the church’s specialty, spaghetti and salad. Tim Kiedrowski is providing cake for dessert. There will also be a cash bar offering wine and beer.

Seating each night is absolutely LIMITED TO 101, so don't hesitate to make those reservations SOON!!! The $25 ticket includes dinner and the show.
