Deaf Community Resource Center is a non-profit agency providing services to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community and their families. DCRC?s programs focus on strengthening the family unit by providing socialization and leadership training opportunities and communication education for deaf children and their hearing fami-lies (Deaf Kids Club) and hearing children with deaf parents (KODA).
