Now you have even better flexibility in giving your child the gift of outdoor learning. Register for one class at a time, several classes, or the entire session - first come, first served! We'll play, sing, hike, make crafts, and tell stories together, with a different theme each week. Educator: Vicky Ruth, Program Manager. DNC pulls together all the requirements for this merit badge. Boy Scouts, ages 11 years and older, are eligible. Learn all about environmental science. SIGN UP TODAY! Class fills quickly. 2nd Tuesday of Each Month, 10 am - Noon

DNC Members: $10 per student; General Public $15 per student

Dunwoody Nature Center offers hands-on environmental education for homeschool children in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. Students will experience nature first-hand through monthly themed topics and timely curricula. Limited to 15 children per class. Call to reserve your spot each month . . . or multiple months if you want a long-term commitment!! Pre-payment required. One registration form for each child.

Dunwoody Village looks so pretty all a-twinkle, and Dunwoody Park is like a fairyland when luminarias line the trails and boardwalk. Volunteers from local high schools and merchants help make it magical! Visit for a night hike, a roasted marshmallow, and a cup of cocoa or coffee. This is our gift to the community - admission is FREE for everyone.
