Cost $10 Beginners Meditation Donna Sady Donna teaches beginners meditation classes. They are designed to help individuals get in touch with their inner guidance and stay centered in a safe and non-threatening environment. Classes involve meditations using guided imagery tapes. Basic hands on healing will be taught and time is allotted to discuss common issues and share spiritual knowledge. Donna Sady Donna has studied many forms of healing. Her compassionate and loving nature has helped her clients feel safe during their sessions. Donna has an Associates in Fine Arts. She is a Reiki Master, Karuna-Ki Reiki Master; A Magnified Healing Practitioner and is trained in Spirit Transition Therapy and Basic IET. (Integrated Energy Therapy) Donna has been landscaping for over twenty years. Through this connection with nature she has been guided to develop a system of healing called Flower Patterning.
