IFMA's FMP credential teaches and tests the foundations of facility management and the critical thinking skills demanded by today's global employers and required of effective facility managers. For early to mid-career and transitioning professionals, the FMP covers four knowledge domains:

    Lunch & Learn Series

    Please join a panel of IFMA honorees from the Washington Green 50 awards! The format will feature short presentations from each of the winners, followed by a Q&A period. If you are not free that day, perhaps one of the other members of your team might represent your project.
     
     Our Chapter launched the successful monthly 'Lunch and Learn' series in May of 2013 which has featured important industry speakers from the Puget Sound region discussing current issues affecting the management of the built environment.
     
     In 2014, the series,
    'Winning Initiatives', will be held at Benaroya Hall, Founders Room, in downtown Seattle featuring networking, lunch & an educational session. Our first quarter program deals with Sustainability and Facility Management.

    ENTRANCE INSTRUCTIONS
     Driving directions and information about mass transit options are available on the Benaroya Hall website
     
     Registrants with cars:
     Ignore any FULL signs at the Benaroya garage entrance on Second Street. There will be spaces held for IFMA. Look for a sandwich board on the sidewalk by the parking garage entrance.
     
     Once in the garage, BRING YOUR TICKET TO THE EVENT TO BE VALIDATED FOR FREE PARKING!
     
     Then look for the elevator marked 'SECOND AVENUE ELEVATOR'; you will also see signs for 'Artists Entrance'. That is our elevator and our entrance.
     
     Once you take the elevator to the street level, you should also enter at the Artists Entrance. Security will then direct you to the Founders Room for the meeting.
