'Workplace Strategy in the Age of Data'
Lowell Schneider, FacilityQuest
On Thursday, November 16th, 2017 come join us for our Workplace Strategy in the Age of Data program. In this presentation, Workplace strategists are asked to help solve complex and urgent issues for commercial real estate and the modern workforce. 'We're out of space for our growing headcount.' 'We have a corporate mandate to reduce operations costs.' And most importantly for attracting new talent, 'Is our workplace supporting the way people work now?' In this session, you will learn how Gensler analyzed utilization data for one of their clients to understand the employees' mobile work styles, and then used that analysis to recommend alternative workplace strategies that included some informed desk sharing.
