Building Operator Certification (BOC) is a nationally-recognized training and certification program for building operators offering improved job skills and more comfortable energy-efficient facilities. The training is led by highly regarded, experienced professional instructors. Participants receive a collection of valuable reference materials created and updated by facility experts in energy efficient operations and building systems. The Training Certificate of Completion (TCOC) provides a credential for professional development and offers employers a way to identify skilled operators.

BOC level II is intended for operators who have been BOC I certified and those who desire advanced training.
