Topic: Driving Sustainability through Collaboration and Tenant Engagement
Once seen as an option for progressive buildings and organizations, sustainability has become a necessary strategic and operational aspect of thriving organizations and resilient buildings.
Corey Weathers, Principal of Catalyst 2030 and Founder of CommonAgenda.net, will lead the audience through the world of incorporating sustainable thinking into building operations while highlighting the use of technology for connecting disparate teams, engaging individuals on their own schedule and sharing resources via public and private web based networks.
Corey coaches organizations and teams to use the strategies of collective impact for driving triple bottom line (financial, social, ecological) decisions that drive a more sustainable and resilient future. A visionary thinker and skilled facilitator grounded in a practical business mindset, Corey has a wealth of nonprofit, consulting, operations management and business leadership experience. He is often referred to as the 'glue' that holds cross-sector stakeholders together to continually collaborate and innovate. Corey holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Education degrees in systems thinking and sustainability.
