    The New Fairfield Lions are participating in the Shop to Give event presented by the Community Service Club of New Fairfield, along with many other local organizations and vendors. It will be held at the Company A Firehouse this Sunday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Please come out an support your favorites!

    New Fairfield Holiday Light Parade & Tree Lighting at 5:15pm

    12:30 pm - 7:30 pm

    Various locations in downtown New Fairfield

    1:00-3:00 p.m.Join KaleidoscopeArt & Entertainment in the Children’s Library for grab and go balloon designs or watch balloon creation come to life.

    1:00-3:00 p.m. – Preserve New Fairfield will open the HubbleHouseMuseum located on RT 37. A pewter Christmas ornament and other gifts will be available for purchase. Refreshments will be offered.

    1:00-3:00 p.m. – Join the New Fairfield Historical Society at the Little Red Schoolhouse for refreshments, a children’s craft or come to view the decorated schoolhouse.

    5:15 p.m. The holiday light parade begins. The parade will begin at the intersection of Saw Mill Rd. and RT.37. The parade will turn right onto RT. 37 heading towards the traffic light. Then bear left at light and proceed past Town Hall. Santa will arrive at the end of the parade to light the holiday tree at Memorial Field.   

    5:45 p.m. Join Santa in lighting the town Christmas tree. The NFHS Chamber Ensemble will sing carols at the gazebo. FREE refreshments will be served by Starbucks, hot chocolate provided by the NF Booster Club and New Fairfield Parks & Recreation Commission and hot cider and treats provided by St. Edwards. Cookies provided by the New Fairfield senior center.
