Peoria Ave Suite 1094<br />Phoenix, AZ. 85029<br />Info Line: 602-680-7950</p><strong><span style='font-size: 7.5pt'>IMPORTANT NOTE:</span></strong><strong><span style='font-size: 7.5pt'><br /></span></strong><span style='font-size: 7.5pt'>CIT Training includes physical techniques.&nbsp; The participants must be in reasonably good health and capable of vigorous activity.&nbsp; CIT Is not recommended for people with certain physical conditions which may include, but is not limited to, knee injuries, back injuries, pregnancy, vertebrae fusion, spinal cord injuries or inability to use any body part normally.&nbsp; Participation in the class is &quot;at your own risk&quot;.<br /><br /><strong><span>Special Requirements for CIT:</span></strong><strong><br /></strong>Closed-toe/Closed-heel shoes (athletic shoes are usually best)<br />Clothing that is comfortable to more in, and that you will not be concerned if it becomes wrinkled or stretched<br />Clothing that is comfortable for sitting on the floor, squatting, bending, straddling etc.<br />You must be affiliated with a DES/DDD qualified vendor or DES/DDD to be certified in CIT (Client Intervention Training).</span> <p><br /><br />&nbsp;</p>]]></description>
