Send e-mail to clubhouse@oldmillhoa.com for reservations. Rental fee is $50 a day (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). The rental fee and a $100 refundable damage deposit written from the homewoner's checking account are necessary to hold your reservation. Once the key is returned and the club house is cleaned and placed back in order, the $100 damage deposit will be returned. Remember, it is the responsibility of the individuals renting the club house to take out their trash.
