Breakfast will include pancakes and syrup, sausage, juices, coffee and an assortment of bagels, donuts and other sweets.
Reservations will be on sale in the Narthex after weekend Masses on Oct 10 through Oct 25.

Proceeds will be used to pay for each scout's activities for the entire year of scouting. This includes camping, educational and character building activities. This is the only fundraising activity conducted by the Cub Scouts.

The RCIA is that process by which people enter into full communion with the Catholic Church. Through a series of worship and liturgical experiences and weekly discussions, men and women of all ages enter into a journey of faith and fellowship as they journey toward a full participation in the sacramental life of the Church. The RCIA is designed for people who have never been baptized, for baptized Christians who wish to become Catholic, or for baptized Catholics who never received First Communion and/or Confirmation.

Our St. Jude's RCIA team is composed of priests, deacons, and lay members of our parish, who are committed to do all they can to help people to come closer to Jesus Christ. We also encourage anyone who simply wants to grow in his or her knowledge and understanding of our shared Catholic faith to attend the RCIA meetings and participate in the discussions.

If you answered "YES" to both of the above questions, then you are eligible to help your church by becoming part of the St. Jude Adult Choir. No prior experience is necessary, and you do not have to know how to read music. There is not a better time than now to join our choir. We really need you.

Our first weekly rehearsal of the season will be on Wednesday, September 9 at 7:30 PM in the church. Please come in the Sacristy (back) door. There will be no audition. The decision whether or not to join is yours to make. In other works, you will audition us, but you will have to come to a rehearsal to try us out. Remember, you know us, but we do not know you. Ohherwise we would offer you a personal invitation.

So please let us get to know who you are by coming to join us on September 9th. We hope to meet you then.

You can donate household items, clothing, glassware, knick knacks, board games, etc.

The Bazaar will be held on Friday Dec. 4, 2009.

* Cub Scout Fundraiser Sale after 10 & 12 Masses

(Sun, 22 Nov 2009 10:45 AM EST) The annual Cub Scout Fundraising drive will be offering popcorn and peanut products for sale at the 10 AM and 12 Noon Masses on Sun., Sept. 27 and Sun., Oct 4. Proceeds will be used to pay for each scout's activities for the entire year of scouting. This includes camping, educational and character building activities. This is the only fundraising activity conducted by the Cub Scouts.
