(Fri, 06 Nov 2009 2 PM - 8 PM EST) Power Pilates System Training: Level 1 is an 8-week certification program that will prepare you to teach private and semi-private sessions on the Pilates apparatus at a Beginner and Beginner /Intermediate level. You will learn the entire Beginner System, together with select exercises within the Intermediate System.

In addition, you will continue to utilize and develop the teaching tools learned during Beginner and Intermediate Mat Certifications and sharpen your eye for subtle exercise modifications.
