When I enter my ID and password, I keep getting the following message, "Oops ! We encountered an error while trying to process your request. Our system administrator has been notifed. Please click here to return to localendar." This has been happening for about a week or so when it wasn't before. On clicking 'here' I still get to the editable calendar and can use it. Just wondering why this suddenly started happening. |

Hmmm... I just verified your account is working correctly w/ no problems. You are clearly able to sign in, as you wouldn't be able to post here otherwise Are you signing in from the localendar.com homepage? It's difficult to discuss passwords in an open forum, but one thing you can try is clicking the "forgot password" link on our homepage, and making sure you are signing in as user mygig with the password that will be emailed to you. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

I'm clicking on the localendar.com as I always have and entering user ID and my password that's always worked before and still lets me edit the events and add events once I click on the Please 'click here' to return to localendar link I get as part of the error message. It's not a big problem since I can still once clicking can do everything I need to do, just a bit odd and annoying since it doesn't seem to mean much. It keeps saying "Our system administrator has been notifed" but that doesn't seem to result in the error message stopping after at least several dozen incidences of the problem having been reported. I don't really care as long as I can use the calendar. Maybe it's something generated by some quirks of my own system. Just thought I should mention it in case something needed to be done that hasn't been. |

I am having the same issue....but as you said, can enter the site and edit....so don't think it is a problem with your system....though guess if I have the same configuration.... |

Yes, it just happened again as it has since starting a couple of weeks ago everytime I sign in from the localendar.com link at the bottom of my schedule. I can live with it as long as I'm able to do what needs doing in adding and updating events on the calendar. |

I am also continuing to experience this issue.....again, doesn't cause problems with doing the work....just strange. Another web editor will be taking over from me in 4 days....so maybe will not be an issue for him....different machine? |

mygig, is the link you are using just plain ol' http://www.localendar.com, or is it something else? If you put your mouse over the link and right-click, can you select Copy Shortcut and paste that in a message here?
