Ghiron) Then put the purpose of the flight (Symbol ie C-17) in the description and make sure you put your phone number so that we can get in touch with you. Do NOT change the default color or select any images. The request will be sent to the group scheduling officer, and will NOT APPEAR in the schedule until approved. NOTE: Your request will NOT be approved if you do not list your phone number and the mission symbol. Once approved it will be posted on the calendar.
